Lumitest is a privately owned health care company founded by Dr. Sergei Shnizer, that was engaged in the development and commercialization of the TCL technology of measuring oxidative stress levels within body fluids and tissue suspensions.

Due to management problems Lumitest did not succeed in converting its impressive technical achievements, protected by international patents and supported by validating tests, that were carried out by well known specialists, into commercially viable assets.

As a result, Mr. Tzali Cnaani, the CEO of Lumitest, carried out a complete management buyout of Lumitest's assets, intellectual and tangible, and founded Carmel Diagnostics to continue development and commercialization activities.

Dr. Sergei Shnizer, the founder of Lumitest and the inventor of TCL technology, serves at present as CTO of Carmel Diagnostics.
