Tzali Cnaani, the Founder of Carmel Diagnostics, is an experienced manager with an extensive record in Israeli industry.
Prior to joining Carmel Diagnostics,  Mr. Cnaani was CEO of Lumitest, a medical device company from which Carmel Diagnostics acquired its assets. He was President of SAE Afikim, a world leader in computerized dairy management systems, and EVP of Gambit Computer Communication.
Mr. Cnaani holds a B.Sc. degree in physics from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology).

Dr. Sergei Shnizer is the inventor of TCL technology and CTO of Carmel Diagnostics. Prior to joining Carmel Diagnostics, Dr. Shnizer was CTO of Lumitest, where he developed TCL Analyzer and was partner to its validation.


Dr. Shnizer has over 25 years of experience in medical treatment of oxidative damage, intensive care,  and developing diagnostic tools. Specializing in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, he developed an interest in the effect and mechanisms of free radicals in critically ill patients.


Dr. Shnizer is also a co-founder of SPM Ltd. (now OZ Recovery Technologies), an Israeli start-up developing a wound-healing product for the diabetes market using proprietary, ozone-related technology.
