June 25, 2009 - Carmel Diagnostics launches its website, which describes the Company's technology and its flagship product named TCL Analyzer™. The Company also presents its achievements and its plans.
The new website is designed to provide insight into Carmel Diagnostics to potential strategic partners for joint projects, research and development, regulation and marketing activities as well as to other parties who might be interested in Carmel Diagnostics.

January 15, 2009 - Carmel Diagnostics is founded by Tzali Cnaani after completing the management buyout of Lumitest's intellectual and tangible assets.
Carmel Diagnostic plans to continue Lumitest's development plans and intensify efforts to form strategic partnerships with major players in relevant markets.
Dr. Sergei Shnizer, Lumitest's founder and the inventor of TCL technology, will join Carmel Diagnostics as Chief Technical Officer.
