January 15, 2009 - Carmel Diagnostics is founded by Tzali Cnaani after completing the management buyout of Lumitest's intellectual and tangible assets. Carmel Diagnostic plans to continue Lumitest's development plans and intensify efforts to form strategic partnerships with major players in relevant markets. Dr. Sergei Shnizer, Lumitest's founder and the inventor of TCL technology, will join Carmel Diagnostics as Chief Technical Officer. |
